Will a FANUC robot carry your tool? Specs for 639 models, straight answers.
Newer models use FANUC's updated naming: payload–reach–generation. Example: 50-26D = 50 kg payload, 2.6 m reach, D-series arm (same robot as the M-710iD/50M).

"Always points down" (typical machine tending / pick-and-place) removes most of the tipping load and lets a robot carry more. Only pick it if the wrist truly never tips the load sideways.
